I met Mr. Miller about 3 or 4 years ago at a Public Safety Communications Conference(APCO/NENA), Mr. Miller had a booth in the exhibiters hall. I also had several employees with me and we came across his exhibit of office/dispatch chairs. Mr. Miller had a good variety of different style chairs.
We were very impressed with the chairs, we made arrangements for Miller at work to deliver some demo chairs for others in the Communications Center to try out.
Staff liked the chairs and we placed an order for 6 chairs over 2 years ago. We have been very pleased with the durability of the chairs, we currently have 2 different style chairs, to accommodate our staff.
We have enjoyed the working relationship with Miller at Work, we have placed another order to purchase more chairs from Mr. Miller.
The one positive and huge advantage about working with Miller at Work was their one on one approach. Max Miller visited our 911 center for three days demonstrating their products to all of our staff members. This process made it very easy to select the chairs that benefited our center. Miller at Work was also very accommodating with the invoice and billing process as well.
It was great working with you and your staff again on our recent chair order for our 911 center. We love the chairs and the logo on the back looks great!
We have used Miller Chair for our past two purchases. Whenever we’ve had a problem a simple phone call or email always gets a quick response. Our latest purchase was for a heavier duty chair rated up to 500 lbs. Our Telecommunicators really like the new chairs and we plan to purchase another when we add an additional console later this year.
If you are looking for chairs that are as comfortable in hour 9 as they are in hour 1 of your shift, then these are the chairs for you! It’s difficult to make EVERY telecommunicator happy however; this is as close as I have come in my 30 years of public safety. There are sizes to fit all comfort levels not to mention colors.
